Returns & Exchanges

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached and intact.

To request a return, email info@delatombe.com with your order number and proof of purchase. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. All products from the same order must be returned together.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

If you'd like to exchange a size or color, contact us directly at info@delatombe.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund (including applicable sales tax, excluding original shipping costs) once we’ve received and inspected the item(s).

Returns that do not meet the conditions will not be refunded. You may request to have the item(s) sent back to you within 7 days of being notified that your return was declined. If you do not respond, you authorize us to dispose of the item(s) at our discretion.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@delatombe.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding shipping fees).

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us at info@delatombe.com.
